Property Abatement Requests. Discussion on Kalmus and Roland
properties. In reviewing the Kalmus request, the Board found that the land amount was reduced by swap. This reduced the value of the property. This request is granted.
In reviewing the Roland application, the Board also reviewed the submitted appraisal. The appraised value of the building exceeds the assessed value. The remaining land and yard improvements assessed value is standard for the entire town. This request is denied.
